Originally named Monga Sinsing Temple, the shrine is now commonly known as Ximending Mazu Temple, or Ximending Temple of the Heavenly Queen. Its address is No.51, Chengdu Road., Wanhua District., Taipei City, Taiwan. Before becoming a shrine consecrated to the Holy Heavenly Queen Mazu, the site held a Japanese Shingon Buddhism Temple. The temple is very near to Ximen Station. It is only a few minutes’ away by walking from Exit No.6.
